Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of consulting services and the secure client portal provided by Paramount Success Group, LLC (“PSG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

At PSG, our work is guided by a simple principle, Goodness Wins®, reflected through professionalism, accountability, and respect for our clients and their businesses.

By accessing the PSG Client Suite or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

PSG provides consulting, coaching, training, strategic planning, and advisory services to pet care and related businesses. Services may include:

  • Business strategy and operational consulting

  • Financial and pricing guidance

  • Leadership and team development

  • Custom tools, documents, and training materials

  • Coaching calls, workshops, and digital resources

Services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice.

2. Client Portal Access

  • Access to the PSG Client Suite is granted only to authorized users.

  • Login credentials are non-transferable.

  • PSG reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, security concerns, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by PSG, including documents, templates, workbooks, training materials, frameworks, pricing models, and coaching tools, are the exclusive intellectual property of Paramount Success Group, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients may use materials only within their own businesses. Use of PSG materials is intended to elevate operations ethically and responsibly and may not be:

  • Shared, sold, sublicensed, or distributed externally

  • Used to train competitors or third parties

  • Modified or represented as original work

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during the engagement, recognizing that trust and discretion are essential to effective advisory relationships.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Participate actively and honestly in coaching and implementation efforts

  • Understand that results depend on execution, leadership, and internal decisions

  • Retain full responsibility for all business decisions

PSG does not guarantee specific financial, operational, or growth outcomes.

6. Payments & Billing

  • Fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are governed by individual service agreements, proposals, or invoices.

  • Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services and portal access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • PSG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • PSG’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for services rendered

  • Decisions made based on PSG guidance remain the sole responsibility of the client

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Upon termination:

  • Portal access may be revoked

  • Outstanding balances remain due

  • Intellectual property and confidentiality obligations survive termination

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Wyoming.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PSG Client Suite, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
